What is included in the room rate?

The room rate includes your accommodation, breakfast, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and private parking. Guests can also use the shared outdoor swimming pool when it is open during the season. Any room-specific facilities or additional charges are shown before the reservation is confirmed.

Is breakfast included in the price?

Yes, breakfast is included in the standard room rate unless your booking confirmation explicitly states otherwise. If you have an allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirement, please inform Frank and Saskia before arrival so they can explain the available options.

Do rates vary throughout the year?

Yes. Rates may vary according to the season, room type, number of guests, length of stay and current availability. Select your preferred arrival and departure dates to view the applicable price for your stay. The amount shown during the booking process is the rate that applies to the selected dates.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

A minimum stay may apply during busy periods, weekends, holidays or for selected rooms and packages. Any minimum-stay requirement will be shown when you enter your travel dates. If the available dates do not match your plans, contact Frank and Saskia to discuss the possibilities.

When and how do I pay for my stay?

The applicable payment schedule, deposit and available payment methods are provided during the booking process or in your personal offer. Review these details before confirming your reservation. Your booking confirmation will show the agreed total price and any remaining payment deadline.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Standard room bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made after this period are charged at 50% of the total booking amount. In the event of a no-show, the full amount is charged. Always check your booking confirmation, as different conditions may apply to special offers or packages.
